Miss Michigan’s Outstanding Teen, Julia Smith was named Thursday night’s preliminary Talent winner for her Musical Theatre Jazz Dance performance “Spanish Rose” during the third night of the 2013 Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Competition at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Julia will receive a $500 scholarship provided by Togatae Designs.
Also in the spotlight was Miss Oklahoma’s Outstanding Teen, Ashten Vincent who was the preliminary Evening Gown/On-stage Question winner. Ashten will receive a $500 scholarship provided by Regalia Magnificent Apparel. Miss Missouri’s Outstanding Teen, Tess Mandoli was the preliminary Lifestyle and Fitness winner in So Sporty active wear. Tess will receive a $500 scholarship provided by Jodi Fonfa.
