The Miss Florida Organization is pleased to host a Celebration for Elizabeth and a crowning ceremony for Florida’s Outstanding Teen 2011 Rachel Strever. As an official Outstanding Teen state titleholder we would like to invite you as our guest for the Luncheon on October 16, 2011. A program will immediately follow the luncheon and if you are able to attend, we would love to have you perform.
