Tampa, FL – November 2, 2011 - Elizabeth Fechtel borrowed a page from her sister by competing for Miss America’s Outstanding Teen before re-writing the book on winning. She is a busy young lady serving as the President of her student body, the Treasurer of the Debate Club, and Editor of the yearbook in addition to her duties as Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2012. Fortunately, she found some time to talk about her expectations for the coming year.
