Samantha Levey, the current Miss Pacific Palisades, was among those who were angered as another shocking headline cast dark clouds over the world of pageants. Parents, doctors and child welfare proponents alike were up in arms when Kerry Campbell of San Francisco announced on Good Morning America that she was giving her eight year old daughter Botox injections. On the broadcast, she stated the competition of pageants as the reason for her eight year old to worry about “wrinkles.”
