Orlando, FL- August 16, 2011- Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization announces Miss Rhode Island’s Outstanding Teen 2011 Ivy Shen as Tuesday night’s preliminary Talent Award winner.
A tie was announced between Miss Nebraska’s Outstanding Teen 2011 Brooke Ludemann and Miss Illinois’ Outstanding Teen 2011 Summer Robbins who were both awarded the preliminary Evening Gown / On Stage Question award at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center during the first night of competition.

The final night of Miss America’s Outstanding Teen’s National competition is this Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the Linda Chapin Theater, Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
