This year’s winner Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2012 Elizabeth Fechtel received:

- a MAOTeen diamond ring and MAOTeen watch from Baseball Diamonds in Dallas, TX

- Hair styling service from Copperhead Salon to keep Elizabeth’s locks looking lovely through out her year of service.
