Las Vegas, Nevada – January 10, 2013 – Miss North Dakota Rosie Sauvageau was named Thursday night’s preliminary Talent winner for her Vocal/Piano Solo performance “To Make You Feel My Love,” during the third night of the 2013 Miss America Competition at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Rosie will receive a $2,000 Amway scholarship.
Miss Washington, Mandy Schendel, was named the preliminary Lifestyle and Fitness winner. She wore a white Catalina strapless bikini swimsuit. Mandy will receive a $1,000 Amway scholarship.
