Los Angeles, CA – Australian swimwear label, Kooey Australia, has been unveiled as the Official Swimwear Sponsor for the 2011 MISS TEEN USA® Pageant.
Miss Teen USA is produced by the Miss Universe® Organization, a Donald J. Trump and NBC Universal joint venture. Young women from all over the country compete for the crown and the opportunity to grow personally, and professionally, by cultivating career goals, serving as a spokeswoman on behalf of the Miss Universe® Organization and working with cause alliances devoted to education and action.
This coming year will mark the 29th MISS TEEN USA® Pageant, which is to be held in the summer of 2011.

As the Official Swimwear Sponsor for the 2011 MISS TEEN USA® Pageant, Kooey will provide looks from their 2011 Desert Sunset/Desert Dreaming Collection. The striking prints featured in this collection were designed by Indigenous Australian artist, Anne Hanning.
With 2011 being the year to play with bright colors and bold prints, the Australian Central Desert landscape inspired prints of a rich color palette including pinks and oranges, golden yellows, tans and ochres, fiery reds, flamboyant crimsons and purple shadows.
Kooey’s trends for the season include wrap around suits and retro glamour including bandeaus, rouching and high-waisted pants.
The collection of bold styles and fashion-forward cuts includes separates and one-piece swimwear, as well as resort wear including kaftans, cover-ups, pants and t-shirts. Sizes range from XS-XL in a wide variety of styles to suit every body type.
