May 01, 2011 – International Pageant Productions is an organization designed specifically for Girls from all over the world. They are dedicated to raising awareness about issues affecting Girls globally. They encourage and reward participants’ community service achievements through healthy competition at their International Pageant. “We want to encourage Girls to volunteer in their communities, and to host events where they raise awareness for social issues that are important to them. Through awareness and the compassion to do our part, we can become better human beings and create a positive change in our world today.” International Pageant Director, Lori Trindade.
The pageant focuses on community service more than any other competition, 40% more. But earning your full 40% is easy.
All you have to do is host an event that raises awareness on an issue that is important to you. International Pageant Productions will provide you with all of the promotional materials you will need in order to get your message out. Your event can be as simple as inviting a few friends to help with a car wash to benefit the charity of your choice, or hosting a canned food drive. Whatever it is you decide to do, the key to having a successful event is planning. So be creative and get as many people involved and devoted to your cause as possible, and let’s go out and make our communities a better place to live by helping others.
Participants from all over the globe have the opportunity to represent their state/region at the International Pageant. All applicants submit an online application and pay a required sponsor fee.
A minimum of 4 judges will evaluate delegates in all areas of competition as listed in the contestant handbook. Judges are provided with instructions regarding scoring procedures prior to the pageant competition. The decision of the pageant judges is final and not contestable for any reason. All Judges sign a Code of Ethics Agreement; a copy of this agreement is included in your pageant packet.
State/Regional Pageant Competition Breakdown for LIVE Events:
- 40%- Host an event in your community to raise awareness for issues affecting Girls your age.
- 30%- Evening Gown Competition- Contestant will wear an age appropriate gown and model on stage.
- 30%- On-Stage Introduction.
