Recently the Ms. Abilities America crowned their first titleholder, Kaprina Boutwell. Kaprina lives in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She has a wonderful daughter and a husband. Kaprina wants to help educate the public on “opening their hearts and minds…learning about the many disabilities.”
Kaprina has the honor of being the first Ms. Abilities America titleholder. Along with her national coordinator, Kaprina will be responsible for spreading the word about the pageant, advocating for those with special needs, and making guest appearances. Kaprina has CP, but has been able to walk and do most things like her “main”stream counterparts. She is one titleholder who will teach the public how to open their minds to see the person first and not the disability. This year will be a wonderful year for Kaprina.
Congratulations Kaprina on being name Ms. Abilities America 2011!
