Illinois Pageant Fact: Did you know? The last Illinois contestant to win the Miss America title was Erika Harold, Miss America 2003, who won the Miss Land of Lincoln and Miss Illinois titles on her way to the Miss America crown. Illinois also has the unusual distinction of back-to-back Miss USA winners in 1973 and 1974. In 1973, Miss Illinois USA, Amanda Jones, was crowned Miss USA. The following year, she crowned her successor, fellow Miss Illinois USA, Karen Morrison, as Miss USA 1974!

Mrs. Illinois America Pageant
Learn how you could represent Illinois in the Mrs. America Pageant. Mrs. America features 51 married women from all U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who compete for the coveted title of Mrs. America. Mrs. America remains the first, and still the foremost competition for married women. Open to married women from age 20 through 50’s.

National Sweetheart Pageant – Illinois
The National Sweetheart Pageant has been in existence since 1939. Nine previous contestants from the National Sweetheart Pageant have gone on to become Miss America: Pam Eldred, 1970; Rebecca King-1974, Grace Ward-1982, Debrah Turner-1990, Carolyn Sapp-1992, Leanza Cornett-1993, Tara Dawn Holland-1997, Katie Harman-2002, and Caressa Cameron-2010. Many others have gone on to become state titleholders within many systems. We will be offering the opportunity to compete at the National Sweetheart Pageant to many more young ladies across the country! For more information, please visit our website below. We are an open residency pageant. We have four divisions,. Our pageant is held during the Decatur Celebration, Illinois’ largest free street festival in Decatur, IL. We pride ourselves on getting our titleholders involved in community service! Open to contestants in all states.
American Royal Beauties Miss Illinois Pageant – Crystal Lake, Illinois
Open to residents of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Surrounding states can compete for the Open Miss Great Lakes title. Your state pageant is your stepping stone to Nationals where we awards thousands of dollars in cash and prizes to our National Queens! Open to residents of Illinois. We will be crowning a Miss Illinois in every age division. The required events are Fun Fashion, Formal Wear, Interview, Introduction, and Community Service donation.
Majestic Queens Illinois Pageant – Schaumburg, Illinois
We are a semi-natural, AFFORDABLE, National pageant system centered on sisterhood, mentorship and community service. This fall, we are holding preliminary pageants in Illinois to qualify girls/ladies to compete at our Illinois State competition. Our preliminary competitions are composed of the following: personal introductions (ages 6 and older), on-stage question (ages 12 and older), runway showcase (all ages) and formal wear (all ages). Age division winners will receive a crown and preliminary queen sash. Runner-ups (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) will receive a tiara and preliminary princess sash, and All other contestants who score 50% of their total points, but do not score in the top 4, will receive a preliminary princess sash. Everyone who competes in our preliminary who scores 50% of the total points will qualify to compete at our state competition to vie for the chance to represent their state at Nationals, scheduled to be held in Indiana July 2018. International Junior Miss – Illinois and Midwest Regional Pageant – Glenview, Illinois
The international Junior Miss Scholarship Program is a program organized to encourage positive achievement in our youth and young women of today,. This is an open Regional Competition for those who live in the Midwest! Midwest states include: Indiana, Missouri, Minnesota, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas The International Junior Miss Scholarship Program is a program organized to encourage positive achievement in our youth and young women of today, ages 4-24. You have the opportunity to become the next Illinois International Junior Jr. Princess (4-6) Princess (7-9) Preteen (10-12) Jr. Teen (13-15) Teen (16-18) Miss (19-24) . You can also compete in our Optional competitions for additional chances to win a Cash Prize, optional competitions include: Talent, Casual Wear, Photogenic and more!
