This Terms of Use govern the www.pageantcenter.com website (or “we” or “us”) web site located at www.pageantcenter.com and owned by Pageant Cener, Inc. (The "Company").  By accessing the PAGEANT CENTER Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. All users of the PAGEANT CENTER Site should read and understand these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the PAGEANT CENTER Site. 

Sharing Your Content and Information

This Website is not for use by minors.  If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to use the Pageant Center Site and do not provide any personal information about yourself to any pageant, organization or business listed on this Site. 

Parental participation. Minors should always have their parents to submit any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet. We encourage parents to teach their children about safe internet use practices. It is the responsibility of parents to talk to their children about safe internet use.

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any information or material you transmit to this Website will be considered non-confidential. The Company will have no obligations with respect to such material. The Company will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

The following terms apply to you if you place an order through our online advertising portal ("Order"):

When you place an Order, if we accept your Order, we will deliver your ads as is practical and possible. We will determine the size, placement, and positioning of your ads by the advertising package you choose on our advertiser's portal, but reserve the right to make changes at any time without further notice. We do not guarantee the activity that your ads will receive, such as the number of leads the ad will generate. We can use your ads and related content and information for marketing or promotional purposes. We may reject or remove any ad for any reason. If you are placing ads on someone else's behalf, you agree that you have the legal authority to bind the advertiser to this Statement.  We reserve the right to change the format and system of delivery of all aspects involving any ad, at anytime, without further notice to you, the advertiser. By placing an order with the Pageant Center Site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising in contract, tort, or otherwise from any material contained in this Website, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this Website or any such material.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY OTHER DISPUTE WITH US IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE PAGEANT CENTER SITES.  WE, OUR AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE UPON THE PAGEANT CENTER SITES OR FROM ANY POSTINGS ON THE PAGEANT CENTER SITES. You further agree that any disputes or claims that you may have against us will be resolved by a court located in the State of Florida and you agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE: (1) WAIVING CLAIMS THAT YOU MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE AGAINST US BASED ON THE LAWS OF OTHER JURISDICTIONS, INCLUDING YOUR OWN; (2) IRREVOCABLY CONSENTING TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF, AND VENUE IN, STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS IN THE STATE OF Florida OVER ANY DISPUTES OR CLAIMS YOU HAVE WITH US; AND (3) SUBMITTING YOURSELF TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF COURTS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF ST. JOHN FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESOLVING ANY SUCH DISPUTES OR CLAIMS.
